Privacy Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7–14 days are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable due to committed food costs and staffing.

Privacy Policy: Forge & Flavour respects your privacy. Any personal details collected (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, dietary information, or event details) are used strictly for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings. Full payment is due no later than 5 business days before the event. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

Dietary Policy: We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment, and we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

Service Area Policy: Standard delivery fees apply based on distance from Whittlesea, VIC. Extended travel or remote events may incur additional logistics or accommodation charges.

  • Seasonal and local native ingredients used wherever possible
  • Alcohol not provided, but pairing guidance can be arranged
  • Staffing, equipment hire, styling and on-site setup included in custom quotes
